The ideal candidate will leverage their deep expertise in SAP EWM to provide guidance, rollout the solutions, and support our customers in their warehouse operations. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management processes, coupled with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP EWM configurations and enhancements.<br \/>\n\u2022 Work with customer business teams and project teams effectively; Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, map these into SAP EWM processes and identify gaps and solution to these gaps.<br \/>\n\u2022 Should be able to understand the processes adopted for custom developments, unit testing, function testing, integration testing, user acceptance test, Go-live and support phases<br \/>\n\u2022 To be part of SAP EWM rollout project and provide support for the plants, which went go live<br \/>\n\u2022 Express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing<br \/>\n\u2022 Work effectively and independently on assigned projects<br \/>\n\u2022 Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working<br \/>\n\u2022 Actively lead and mentor team members involved in the rollout, providing guidance on both functional and technical aspects of the SAP EWM solution. SAP certification in EWM is a plus.<br \/>\n\u2022 Understanding of EWM Process Flows<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge in advanced functions of EWM (Warehouse strategies, WO, WT, HU, POSC, resource management, wave management, RF, VAS, warehouse monitor, Alerts&#8230;)<br \/>\n\u2022 Additional knowledge on Shipping Cockpit, DAS, EGF, MFS related areas would be an added advantage<br \/>\n\u2022 Integration with other Module: MM, SD, PP<br \/>\n\u2022 Working knowledge on EDI\/ IDOC and other 3rd Party interfaces<br \/>\n\u2022 Fluent in English, excellent communication skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong learning ability<br \/>\n\u2022 Availability for occasional travel as per project requirements.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.<br \/>\n\u2022 Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
