RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/b><\/p>\n
– Telephone etiquette and greeting clients<\/p>\n
– Responsible for listening and transferring phone calls in both English and Vietnamese from outside and inside<\/p>\n
– Make a note of necessary call information and pass it on to the relevant person<\/p>\n
– Courier and postage<\/p>\n
– Book meeting room and related issues<\/p>\n
– Arrange transportation and air tickets for employees on business trips<\/p>\n
– Maintenance office in the reception area<\/p>\n
– Keep the reception area clean and tidy<\/p>\n
– Check and ensure full equipment, and stationery as required<\/p>\n
– Contact the maintenance department in case of equipment maintenance and maintenance<\/p>\n
– Receive and distribute daily newspaper<\/p>\n
– Other tasks as assigned by the Manager and related departments<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/b><\/p>\n
– 1-2 years of experience in a reception or administrative role<\/p>\n
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n
– Strong organizational and time management skills<\/p>\n
