JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Receive customer data and verify customer information in the center’s system.

  • Make outbound customer care calls following the script and process.

  • Update customer feedback and call status in the system.

  • Forward information to relevant departments if there are customer complaints.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Customer service and persuasion skills.

  • High school diploma or above.

  • Good attitude and enthusiasm for the job.

  • Good communication skills with a pleasant, clear voice.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

  • Income: VND 7,000,000 – 7,500,000/month (basic salary + KPIs); probation receives 100% salary.

  • Paid training period: 3 days.

  • Eligible for social insurance (BHXH) assessment/participation after 2 months of work, etc.
