Design Manager

Job Description:
Manage and coordinate design activities in the company’s real estate and construction projects
Work closely with other departments such as architecture, engineering, and marketing to ensure consistency in design
Supervise the design process from concept to completion, ensuring project requirements and quality standards are met
Coordinate with contractors and external partners to implement design plans
Manage budgets and timelines for design projects
Ensure designs comply with legal regulations and construction safety standards

Applicant Requirements:
University graduate majoring in Design, Architecture, or other fields related to Real Estate and Construction
3-5 years of experience with projects at companies and corporations in Real Estate and Construction
Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
