Head of Real Estate Sales

JOB DESCRIPTION:

In charge of the company’s business.
– Responsible for finding, connecting, maintaining and taking care of customer relationships, bringing customers to the company.
– Reviewing activities related to product search, researching new products
– Reviewing activities related to investigating/surveying similar real estate markets as required by the company’s leaders
– Reviewing, Developing and submitting business plans/projects
– Reviewing activities related to cost tracking and revenue reporting
– Having a plan for using, training and developing employees under the management (sales staff), and reporting to the company’s management board for approval.
– Participating in recruiting, training and evaluating employees
– Synthesizing real estate market information, researching products, target markets for real estate invested by the company.
– Drafting relevant documents and files to carry out sales procedures such as: Deposit Agreement, Sales/Transfer Contract, Payment Notice/Customer Debt Status Notice, Notice/Official Letter exchanged between the Investor and the Customer, documents to complete procedures for granting/transferring Land Use Rights Certificate, House Ownership Certificate to the Customer…
– Directly working with customers to advise and support customers to sign documents and agreements; resolve complaints, and coordinate with relevant parties to carry out procedures arising during the sales process.
– Coordinate with accountants to reconcile, monitor and collect customer debts
