Assign daily tasks and provide guidance/training to staff.

Communicate daily work updates with managers and partners.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education: College degree or higher.
-
At least 6 months–1 year of experience in a Team Leader role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong soft skills (communication, internal issue/situation handling, logical thinking).
-
Team management and operational skills.
-
Reporting and summarizing skills.
-
Persistent, positive attitude, not afraid of challenges.

Ability to multitask.
